Introduction

CIP RC/PT Girder is a fully integrated software program used for analyzing and designing cast-in-place concrete post-tensioned and/or reinforced box girder, T-beam, and slab bridges built on falsework. CIP RC/PT Girder is installed under the Superstructure Tab as part of the LEAP Bridge installation. This program features substructure modeling capabilities and automated design features that make it suitable for the production design of box girder bridges utilizing longitudinal post-tensioning using either the lump sum method or the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code (CHBDC) provisions for concrete creep, shrinkage, and steel relaxation effects.
